Lucia Mendez and Maria Elena Salinas are named Ladies with Class, while Jennifer Lopez and Salma Hayek are applauded for their metamorphosis from preggers to hot mommies.

The list also includes the best dressed men. Javier Bardem, Mauricio Islas, Shalim, Daddy Yankee, Wisin, and Yandel.

Here’s the best part. The worst dressed women are Alejandra Guzman, Maribel Guardia, and Britney Spears….BUT the WORST DRESSED OF THE YEAR is Niurka Marcos! No surprise there!
